At Kastore, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Free Return Shipping
Kastore offers free return shipping for all eligible returns. Customers will not be charged for return shipping when the return request is approved.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. Eligible returns will be refunded without any restocking deduction.
No Final Sale Items
Kastore does not sell final sale items. All products are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions stated in this policy.

Refunds

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
